Le Balcon and the city of Saint-Cergues in close work with Sply Prod have launched "les Ateliers Cinéma", a workshop open to everyone which gives you the opportunity to find out what's behind the scenes. Our workshop takes place at the library of Saint-Cergues, le Balcon. Registrations are free and open to everyone.
